April Lockhart

April Lockhart was born on July 4, 1995. in seventh grade. She began playing guitar and piano classes, which ignited her interest in music writing. When she was in seventh grade, April began taking piano and guitar lessons. It sparked her interest in songwriting. She spent a lot of time at 14 writing songs and practicing the piano. The following months, she started taking writing trips along with her father in LA in addition to NY. April was also able to add other themes in the song "Take My Hand" for some of the friends she had who struggled with issues such as peer pressurization issues, or even teenager suicide. Lockhart is a partner at the well-known cosmetics brand Ilia as well as an influencer in the lifestyle industry with a huge following of her own. Since she was born without a left hand, she is a major part of her. But it's not the entire tale. Lockhart does not deny that she has a disability on her Instagram account, but she doesn't make it the focus of it. What message is it sending? The journey of self-acceptance that Lockhart has taken is one that will last an entire lifetime. She has been a source of inspiration in this regard. However, she admits to going through periods of feeling insecure about her physique and being uncomfortable in certain clothes which showed her arms. Nowadays, she can wear whatever she likes. She also posts her photos on social networks. For her, self-love is a long trip. It's a fact that I see for everyone, whatever their insecurity is. It's important to have people around you who are aware of and can relate to you. They'll be the ones to ask what you worry about?
