Beautiful pics of Tamara Day and Sarah Stiles feet & legs
One baby was strapped on my back while the other crawled in the playground. I stayed up all night days over months of sanding, and removing wallpaper, and with just one child. Ha! Ha! It all started to be clear, but was far from finished. The home would require lots of time and an enthusiasm to shop. In order to stay within my budget, I began going to estate sales along with my three brothers to search for diamonds in the rough. Our weekly routine was to walk from Thursday through Saturday through estate sales and garage sales to purchase a mix of vintage and modern pieces, while I spent on weekdays painting and sanding the driveway. My passion for furniture restoration began when I saw a style similar to this. After our home was fully furnished, I still couldn't stop! In the market in town I was able to rent a tiny space and sold some items. In the end, I was stuffed with too many pieces to store in the available space. I held open houses in my home where one thousand people would visit during a weekend. they could purchase anything on the first level. My business Growing Days began here. Growing Days wasn't just an extremely successful company, it was it was also a loving family. As a young mom I was able to find the perfect way to be able to begin my own business and also being a decent mother. Growing Days seemed like the best fit. The year was 2013, and my sweet daughter Nora was born. She is our fourth kiddo. My business was going well but I wanted a rest. I decided to quit building my old furniture for a few months and be at home with the kids. It was the right time. But after a short time the phone started ringing. The people who called me were seeking help for the interior decoration and renovations. They were mostly people who came to my open house for furniture. While I was working I began adding clients to my list one by one. But it wasn't that long before I was managing several clients, and had a successful home remodeling business. I'm sure you would have amused me if you told me this would become the basis of an DIY Network tv series. It's funny to think back on it.
